Advertised Selection

We will draw up and present to you a Pre-Campaign Assessment based on our discussions with you and agree our overall strategy. We shall use our knowledge and experience to prepare and place advertisements in carefully targeted local and national press titles, selected trade journals and appropriate Web Media to generate the best response. There are clear advantages to this approach:

  • Candidates are making a positive choice to find out about your post whilst having a clear idea of what the post entails.
  • The advertisements will be carefully written to attract the most appropriate candidates, including those with appropriate skills from other sectors, thus raising the quality of the field.
  • By using Thomas Munroe Ltd as an intermediary, you can choose to remain anonymous or use it as part of your corporate advertising strategy.
  • New talent will emerge that is not on any national database. These tend to be quality applicants attracted specifically by your post rather than just wanting to move from their current post.
  • Thomas Munroe Ltd will be responsible for collecting, collating, sifting and sortingapplications and for preliminary candidate interviews, allowing you to remain focused on your core business. We will agree a short-list with you in the same way as previously described.

  • This is historically a most effective recruiting route as long as it is done with expertise.

We would normally invoice for the cost of advertising at the time of publication. However, this is a transparent process. You will be in final control of the content and layout of any advertisement and will be aware of the cost implications before any costs are incurred.
