Contingency
We have an extensive database of candidates from many sectors as well as access to commercial databases. We will use the knowledge and understanding gained from our discussions with you to search for candidates who fit the profile. Your Thomas Munroe consultant will personally interview each candidate to determine which of them have the skills, knowledge, experience and attitude to fulfil the role. Using the candidate CVs and the consultants interview notes, we will agree a short-list with you. The short-list will normally comprise of 3-5 candidates, but, in any case, we shall put forward only candidates who we are confident can fulfil the role. We will not waste your time by padding short-lists with unsuitable candidates.
