Search and Selection is a combination of Executive Search and Advertised Selection (see the appropriate tabs on this pull-down list).
The Executive Search arm of the process involves proactively searching for appropriate candidates. By using our extensive contact network, we are able to identify potential candidates who may not actively seeking a new position and are therefore not on any database. We can approach these people on your behalf as described under the Executive Search tab.
The Advertised Selection focus is to use carefully targeted advertisements to attract candidates who work in other industries, but who can demonstrate that they have the knowledge, experience, skills and personal qualities to migrate to yours successfully. The process is described fully under the Advertised Selection tab.
The strength of using two strategies in tandem is that it can expand the field when the pool of available talent directly from within your industry is deemed to be small.
