Post Placement Review

It is in the interests of each of the three stakeholders in the process that the placement is reviewed in the light of experience. We shall seek to check with you and the successful candidate after one, three and six months that expectations have been met on both sides. The Post Placement Review can assist in identifying potential problems before they are explicit. This is good business sense as well as good professional practice.
