Executive Search
There is a growing demand for talent which is becoming increasingly more difficult to satisfy. Where the pool of available candidates for a post is restricted, we have to become more sophisticated and targeted in our approach. Whereas Contingency Recruitment searches through existing passive lists of candidates, Executive Search actively seeks out new talent. We have an extensive network of contacts which enable us to find candidates who, whilst not actively seeking a new position, would be interested in a role with the right blend of challenge, opportunity for growth and career progression. If you have a preference for candidates from one or more specific companies, we may well be able to source candidates directly from them. The process of filtering candidates through personal interviews is similar to that in the Contingency Recruitment model, though it can take longer and be in more depth. The time and effort expended in setting up a program and following it to conclusion is expensive for us. We would normally negotiate an up-front phased payment to help defray at least some of those costs and would expect to be retained exclusively.
