Fees

Our fees are in line with the industry standard. They reflect the amount of work and effort required to create a shortlist of good quality candidates. We agree the fees structure with each client. 
 
It is usual for us to negotiate an initial retainer fee, an arrangement fee for bringing a short-list of candidates to interview and a completion fee when a candidate is appointed. Any additional expenses, such as advertising, are charged at cost.
 
We believe that our fees structure allows us to do our work effectively and in the best interests of our clients.
