Our Approach
Our aims and ethos for international candidates and clients is the same as it is for those based in the UK. However, there are aspects to international recruitment which make it distinct and different from UK recruitment.
To do our job as effectively for international clients and candidates as we do for those in the UK, we have to adapt our practises to the new environment. The extra preparation work needed and the time resource that it consumes mean that, as is standard in our industry, we can only accept commissions on a Retained Assignment basis.
