Pre-Construction Services:

• Supervising preparation of pre-construction documentation;
• Preparation of Cost Plans
• Value Engineering
• Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure;
• Preparation of contract conditions

Requirements:

We are seeking Quantity Surveyors with an appropriate degree and a minimum of 10 years experience, Preference will be given to candidates who are full and current members of the RCIS. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a successful track record preferably in the A/E/P - PM/CM, be able to work on their own initiative whilst maintaining a team spirit. The ability to liaise with all departments and clients in clear English

As an experienced QS you will be able to demonstrate skills as outlined below

Post-Contract QS’s:

Post contract administration, under FIDIC contract form

We look for candidates who have a bachelor in Quantity Surveying and preference is give to MRICS.
